Forest Park Overnight is a soundtrack to open ended meditations on particular flashes or images.

For each track, listen with headphones and try to picture yourself in the quiet of each situation while the track plays. The prompts are simple, so let your imagination run for each one, (You may wish to put the track on repeat until the meditation or journey reaches its natural conclusion) or use these minimal, loop based tracks as a soundtrack to your private time for journaling or candlelit solitude.
